Effective Date: August 13, 2024 1. Introduction Welcome to Messenger Genie, a product of Dev Edge Labs LLC. By accessing or using our website located at https://www.messengergenie.com (the “Website”), our Chrome extension (“Messenger Genie”), and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. 3. Use of Service • Account Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. • Subscription and Payments: Access to certain features of the Service may require a subscription or a one-time payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. User Content • Generated Messages: The Service allows you to generate and post messages on social media, websites, and blogs. You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you generate and post. • Content Guidelines: You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. • Content Ownership: While you retain ownership of the content you generate, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the Service. 5.
